Instead of 80g CO2 per km emission free with solar electric power from the own house roof. At 10.000 km per year are 800 kg CO2 saved. But at a price of only 20.-EUR per tom CO2, 1 year dirt by driving a gasoline scooter has only a value of 16.-EUR.
Hyper bureaucratic emission trading
I talked already with several organizaitons around emission trading about the idea photovoltaic and electric scooter. Since 2005 no success. The emission trading is to bureaucratic to start with this.
The emission trade promotes coal power plants. Economic calculation when a very old lignite power plant with 1200g CO2/kWh is replaced by a high efficient with 900g CO2/kWh
