Omission resulting in deathThe omission to follow the IEA study about measures against a fast increasing oil price can be fast much more than only an economic damage. | ||
This is a Diesel engine like used in India for the irrigation of the fields.
A pump system powered by photovoltaic would be already cheaper, but this recognition is not applicable for the poor farmer, because nobody gives him a credit for a photovoltaic with a water pump. What happens when the poor farmer can not pay the Diesel for the irrigation system? His fields dry out, his yield decreases, the food prices exlpode, foot riots and people starving.
The IEA is an organization of the OECD. When no proposals for the struggle against an fast increasing oil price are taken, this is an omission. When thousands, maybe million people die because of this omission, then this is a omission resulting in death. |
